You’ll support new and exciting use cases like how we define your virtual identity, what is the most delightful way to customize it, and how we maximize self-representation in your Avatar.Summary:The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.Provide leadership and ongoing operational support for projects from ideation through execution. Includes roadmap planning, milestone breakdown, resource management, facilitating Design Reviews, and driving collaboration within cross-functional teams Help teams improve their operational effectiveness by identifying and addressing issues with workflows or tooling, set and measure performance goals, and foster a collaborative and creative community Facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving obstacles that impede progress Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger team Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives qualitatively and quantitativelyJob Responsibilities:• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.Skills:• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.Education/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. • PMI or PMP certification preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience as a program manager, digital producer, or project manager working on digital products Experience working on 0-to-1 products, executing design sprints with many stakeholders, supporting roadmapping, prototyping, user research, and resource planning Track record of operating independently and with minimal oversight Experience working in a fast-paced environment with lots of ambiguity Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutionsExperience as a Producer or Program Manager at a mobile, AR, or VR game studio preferred
