Job Title: Test Engineer III [22831-1]Req: 22831-1Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 MonthsClient: Social Media LeaderLocation:Sunnyvale CA *Must be authorized to work in US*Clients Image Sensors team is looking for an image sensor validation engineer to help evaluate features on Off the shelf (OTS) image sensors, and support Clients internal teams with research and development of key new features on image sensors.Responsibilities:Bring Up hardware, firmware and software solutions provided by vendors.Work with internal partners to define key image sensor parameters for system level development.Work with internal partners to define a test plan for key image sensor parameters.Electrical Validation of image sensor features/blocks in collaboration with research and development teams.Sensor image data collection and analysis based on a defined test plan.Minimum Qualification:BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.2+ years of industry or related work experience.Experience with CMOS image sensors, validation, image sensor performance merits and data analysis.Experience working in an electro-optical laboratory environment.Image sensor evaluation boards/systems EE Bring Up/debugging experience.Scripting language experience using Python, MATLAB or Perl.Good understanding of image sensor blocks/signal chain.Good understanding of protocols such as MIPI D-PHY and I2C/I3C.Experience working with scope, logic analyzer, muti-meter equipment and tools.Self-discipline, initiative, diligent, motivation with the ability to work with limited supervision.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Preferred Qualification:MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.3+ years of industry experience in ISP, image sensor analysis and applicationExperience in bringing up opto-electronics application bench systems.EE board design, and bringing up experience.Experience in MIPI C-PHY, I3C, hg/git version control.
