Job Title: Technical Project Manager V (35076-1)Duration: 12 months with scope of extensionJob Type: W2Client: Leading Social Media GiantJob Location: Sunnyvale (Remote)Job Description: Approved Meta Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX , Los Angeles, CA , and San Diego, CA As a Sensor Technical Program Manager at Reality Labs, you will lead multidisciplinary programs through the product development process to develop custom and semi-custom image, biometric or motion sensors to drive our industry-leading RL systems. You will establish requirements with internal and external stakeholders, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate program status. We look for program managers who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Sensor teams, driving and tracking discovery, definition, delivery and integration of image, biometric or motion sensorsCreate development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needsManage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor teamsAssist engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selectionWork with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacksWork cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time deliveryEnsure delivery of samples and mass production parts/sub-assemblies for system buildsCoordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plansEnsure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership reviewContribute to resource planning to ensure program successUp to 25% travelMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBS in Engineering field or equivalent experience3+ years experience working as a technology development program manager for consumer electronicsDomain knowledge in image, biometric or motion sensorsExperience with processes for program and issue trackingExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams
