Job Title: Technical Project Manager II [21811-1]Req: 21811-1Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 Months Location: Fremont Ca*Must be authorized to work in US*Summary:ISOS (Infrastructure Services & Operations Support) is a central organization of technical program managers that supports multiple data center and engineering teams. We support product development across a variety of areas such as infrastructure capacity demand & supply management, data center maintenance, server & network repair, construction project controls, power management etc.We are looking for a Project Manager with strong skills and experience in driving programs focused on Crisis Management and building Incident Response Processes. A strong candidate will have working familiarity or experience building incident management and response frameworks, and will be required to work across domains to connect processes together to develop a global framework. You should be a self-starter, a team player, and a creative problem solver who is able to switch easily between detailed work and high-level strategic thinking.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate strong understanding of the supported domain and conduct deep analysis of the problem space. Define process end-to-end and drive improvements for maximum impact.Lead process engineering and/or automation efforts to support cross-functional partners in operationalization and scaling efforts.Review operational challenges and help determine process efficiencies.Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear functional design artifacts using techniques like use cases, systems and data diagrams and process flow diagrams.Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs vs technical constraints.Relay complex concepts, issues, updates, and proposals effectively. Align teams on goals and objectives, set clear expectations, and proactively convey risks.Build productive relationships across program teams & organization leaders, influence stakeholders, cross-functional/partner teams to gain buy-in and resources for undefined areas.Drive alignment and seek for simple solutions across multiple organizations.Foster a culture of data driven decision making.Quantify operational issues, measure impact, prioritize development resources in areas that will deliver the greatest impact.Work with stakeholders and peers to identify next half, next year roadmap deliverables for your assigned program.Skills:Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies.Experience with disaster management and critical incident response support for global environments.Experience with risk management frameworks, policy development, security controls, and information security best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders; demonstrated attention to detail.Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear ability to focus under pressure.Be independent and thorough in examination and analysis, alongside results oriented. Ability to drive projects end-to-end independently.Education/Experience:Degree in Business Management, Risk Management, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.3 years of project management experience in security, audit, compliance, infrastructure, or risk management.Consulting Experience is a plus.Knowledge of compute, storage or networking technologies.Experience in large scale program management, change management, policy, and strategic communication.Change management experience.Incident response/ crisis management/operational/change Management roles in the past.Great to Have:Prefer incident responseRelationship buildingCommunications with StakeholdersConflict managementWorking with large scale organizations
