Job title: Technical Project ManagerDuration: 6-12+ monthsLocation: Menlo Park, CAJob Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related.Experience with Data Analysis or Business AnalysisExperience with Software Specifications, Software Solution Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, (OmniGraffle is a plus)Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizationHighly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding settingAbility to quickly learn and master new technologyJob Responsibilities:Accountable for providing the Project Sponsor and stakeholders with a routine status of the project, actively communicating technical issues and risks, and minimizing the impact of these issues and risks.Build charts, diagrams and requirement specs working directly with software development teams and vendors communicating technical contentProactively identifies areas for improvements, shares lessons learned, and best practicesWorks with Global Security stakeholders to ensure each project is consistent with common goals and objectives and implements systems based on these requirementsCoordinates with internal and external teams through design, implementation, and product go live for software engineering solutionsManages relevant security related tasks and project reportingCommunicates and coordinates security initiatives with a global impactRegularly meets with management for status updateManage the planning, designing, purchasing, building, testing and deployment of various IT and IoT security systems by coordinating with internal and external teams for software and hardware engineering solutionsLead the API development, testing and implementation from various IT and IoT security systems to identify management platforms and systemsManage InfoSec compliance approval for new IT systems “Go-Live” for turnover to operations and productionResponsible for NDA executions, vendor product/services agreements, contracts/SOW reviews and approvalsBuild program and project management business development procedures, policies, standards, best practices, templates, protocols and SOPs using PMI methodology for process groups and knowledge areas.Author product and project team’s requirement specifications, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and acceptance/rejection criteria documentation for PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and Pilots of IT and IoT security systemsPreferred:Product Management exposure and/or experience.Some knowledge of either coding or scripting however it will not be necessary for this role.Experience with Physical Security or Security Systems a plus but not requiredJust a heads up.
