Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV 28305-1Duration: 12 monthsJob Type: W2Job Location: Menlo park, CA or Fremont, CAJob Description: ** fremont or Mpk/Bay area as long as they are near a meta facility**Summary:The main function of a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is to define, build, manage and produce documentation and reports for the Global Site Sourcing Organization.Job Responsibilities:Wiki Revamp:Processing and/or reproduction of GSS documents to insure accuracy and release on WikiValidation of the processes, process mapping and workflows / Swim lanes.Establishes and maintains a list of all materials stored in the GSS Wiki – Maintains project File Index, files and libraryYou will play a crucial role in defining, executing, and improving the organization’s document management strategyCollaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely implementation of changes to controlled documentsPlaybook & DocumentationCapturing existing business processes as they currently existValidating the completeness and accuracy of the process capture with stakeholder(s) and other Regional Sourcing Managers (RSMs)Collating these business processes into a standardized format across all delivery modulesProduce training and guidance material for a Meta audience on how to engage with the Services provided by RSMTraining staff on these processesQuarterly review and refresh of these processes in coordination with the business towers/pods and at the approval of MetaConduct regular Project updates (as previously agreed upon) with the FB Sourcing Manager and respective business partners. This may include anything from an email status update to a scheduled conference call to go over status.Identifying and collating all the various processes that are in use across the GSS group, identified processes need to be classified, mapped out and signed offCreate set of processes which reflect how the RSM operates from engagement through to closure (including transition) shall be mapped out (workflows) and adopted as standard practice across the teamSupporting the effective deployment of the agreed standard processes, including developing training material to ensure that all the end – end process mapping workflows are embedded effectively across the teamSupport the reporting of metrics and needed documents.The results of the above will be delivered in the following:RSM – Playbook. RSM Business Process Map structureDevelopment of Mission Statement – Collaborate with RSMs to develop final versionStep 1 – ‘electronic’ investigation of RSM business process repositoriesStep 2 – Interviews with RSM business unit leaders to identify additional existing business processesProgrammatic ProcurementCollaborate and partner cross-functionally with ICM, QA/QC, GCs, and vendors ensuring RFP schedules are on-track in time for pricing need by datesDrive reporting capabilities ensuring pricing visibility for Project Sourcing Managers (PSMs) & Site Sourcing Leads (SSLs) for site buyout activitiesDevelop stand-alone training materials for all parties (Vendors, GC, PSM, SSL, ICM, QA/QC) to reference for onboardingGSS ReportingGeneral Contractor OFCI Reports: Proclog Health Score and OTD Data validationDistribute reports to General Contractor OFCI teamsEstablish a standard cadence for reporting to key stakeholdersMonitor reports data to identify any changes or trendsWork with a cross-functional team to identify any additional reporting to facilitate business needs? Top 3 must-have HARD skills: 1 Organized, comfortable with admin work, expert in PowerPoint/word2 Good understanding of Sourcing and Supply Chain3 Support reporting and some data analysisSkills:• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.• Expert ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.• Expert ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.• Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.• Expert knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.• Expert knowledge of supply chain management.• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Education/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in supply chin or a related business field required.- 5 to 10 years
