The main function of the Strategic Partner Development is to analyze the payments partnerships landscape and understand our customer’s need in order to recommend, strategize and execute on the right partnerships for Meta Fintech and support growth of existing partnerships.• Assist in executing payments product roadmap with payments partners for ACH bank processing by working closely with product and cross-functional teams in identifying the requirements and providing subject-matter-expertise in payments.• Provide insights on payments landscape as it relates to ACH/ bank acceptance for digital payments • Understand Meta’s monthly invoicing process and develop point of view on what payments experience on it from a partnership’s lens.• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to help identify/influence growth opportunities, solve existing customer issues and develop new capabilities to improve our ability to process transactions. • Collaborate alongside business/ partner engineering and product teams to facilitate solution design discussions with the partner on payments• Lead opportunity identification on new and existing payments flows via industry research, market insights and best-practice sharing. • Collaborate with operations in troubleshooting existing payments flows for new and existing products. Minimum Qualifications:• 10+ years of industry work experience, with at least 5 years direct experience in the payments/payouts • Industry knowledge of payments • BA/BS DegreePreferred Qualifications:• Comfortable working closely with product and engineering • Experience collaborating and working closely with Fintechs, payments processors, payments gateways, banks etc. • Detail oriented and good project management skills: experience leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects • Strong quantitative experience and intuition, exceptional analytical skills• Masters Business Administration (MBA)
