Human Resources / Recruiting ManagerResponsible for identifying and assessing current, interim, and future client needs regarding specialty projects through direct communication with US and international clients for project scope, budget, workforce need, and project deliverables.Engage and meet with existing clients, gather and interpret their business-related issues, conduct and participate in fact gathering to evaluate their needs and underlying problems or risks.Consult with the client’s top executives on strategic human resources planning to ensure optimal utilization of the project workforce.Responsible for account management for high-volume clients, acting as their only point of contact and supporting them throughout the project and recruiting life cycle.Work on ad hoc projects for international clients with unique needs in the US, guiding and recommending the best course of action according to US job practices.Work on budget approval for long-term, multi-million SOW project, and dedicated resources.Track KPIs, elaborate quarterly commissions for the internal team, and work closely with accounting for payroll support.Support consultants while on assignment for any HR-related issues, including onboarding and offboarding on Zenefits.Work closely with benefits and insurance suppliers on renewals and HR tools implementation. Manage confidential information filing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Perform all aspects of the recruiting and staffing process, including job order prioritization, initial resume review, screening, candidate short-list/selection, scheduling internal/external interviews, references validations, background checks, drug screens, etc.Prioritize and track time-sensitive assignments to ensure timely completion.Schedule and facilitate meetings related to multiple projects and deliverablesSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other online databases for new cutting edge technologies (AR/VR, Autonomous Driving System, Lidar, Drones, Optics).Develop, review, and modify company-wise talent strategy to help the company effectively utilize employees’ expertise and retain talent. Also responsible for hiring and training new employees. Knowledge and skills applied:Experience in the entire recruiting lifecycle: meeting with clients, defining job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, onboarding process.Account management experience for high-volume clients and smaller firms with specialized positions.Experience in business development for the US and International market.Expertise in onboarding, training, retention, and conflict resolution of team members.• HR management tools such as Zenefits, Gusto HR, or ADP• LinkedIn Recruiter experience for job posting, sourcing the passive candidates, Boolean sourcing, creating projects, and mapping target companies.Experience working on Technical profiles (Software Engineers, Network Engineers, Quality Engineers, Mechanical Engineers), Project Management roles, Business Analyst, Customer Service, and Finance.Fully proficient in recruiting technologies-ATS, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, DICE, metrics, reporting, posting, and PowerPoint, organizing, leading, and innovating through technology.Organizational Behavior skills are needed to perform this job.Knowledge of people management, training, development, and retention techniques.Organization development and management.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Psychology, or foreign equivalent+ five years of experience.
