Our brand is built on trust and supported through listening and aligning with our customers’ feedback every day.Client Councils create an open atmosphere where we are able to share our vision while gathering feedback from the leading thinkers in the marketing industry to help shape our policy and product strategy. We host over 30 council meetings per year for our Global Client, Creative, Measurement and Policy Councils, as well as our Regional Councils in the UK, EMEA, Australia-New Zealand, Brazil, and India. These meetings result in a number of industry activations and innovation programs, which are also managed by the Client Council team.To aid in our teams’ initiatives, we are seeking to add a Council Program Manager who will focus on partnering with the Councils leads and cross functional partners across our company, to deepen a conversation about the future of marketing through the management of our Councils.Earn a place as a trusted advisor to our most influential clients and internal XFN partners by engaging them in a conversation about the future of marketing and driving action to shape the industry.Partner with the Global Client Council Leads to build the Council brand, ensuring that themes, narratives and agendas for meetings align with the long term vision for the company.Understand what makes excellent and inspiring content for our Council and help support the development of this content for our Council discussions.Listen to Council member feedback and use it to drive activation programs and new partnership opportunities between Facebook and Council members.Lead the program management of programs coming out of Council engagements.Keep internal client partners and XFN stakeholders up to date pre and post council meetings with key feedback and action items.Job Description:Ensure councils are flawlessly executed from pre to post meeting including attendance (internal/external), client briefs, internal prep meetings, presentations, meeting notes and follow ups.Help to track and measure the value of the Councils against key KPIs.Responsibilities:Earn a place as a trusted advisor to our most influential clients and internal XFN partners by engaging them in a conversation about the future of marketing and driving action to shape the industryPartner with the Global Client Council Leads to build the Council brand, ensuring that themes, narratives and agendas for meetings align with the long term vision for the company.Understand what makes excellent and inspiring content for our Council and help support the development of this content for our Council discussionsListen to Council member feedback and use it to drive activation programs and new partnership opportunities between Facebook and Council membersLead the program management of programs coming out of Council engagementsKeep internal client partners and XFN stakeholders up to date pre and post council meetings with key feedback and action itemsEnsure councils are flawlessly executed from pre to post meeting including attendance (internal/external), client briefs, internal prep meetings, presentations, meeting notes and follow upsHelp to track and measure the value of the Councils against key KPIsMinimum qualifications:8+ years of experience in sales or marketingProven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower othersStrong communication skills and ability to converse/build relationships with high level executives internally and externally on a regular basisHighly collaborative with the ability to deliver high service levels and successes to valued clients and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to think strategically about new opportunities for Facebook and Councils leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plansSelf-motivated, big thinker, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situationsIncredible attention to detail and ability to project manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders internally and externallyExcellent written communication and ability to help create communications and presentations that can bring ideas to life for our council members
