Job Title: Project Manager V 21514-1Duration: +3 months with possible extension or conversionJob Type: W2Job Location: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CAJob Description:Creative Studio ManagerABOUT THIS ROLEThe Creative Studio Manager will report to the Head of Brand, be part of the Novi Brand team, a partner to the CS Creative Director and a driving force for the Creative Studio. The vision for the Creative Studio is to create impactful, beautiful marketing work that has a purpose, as well as set this group up for growth to support the larger Marketing team as a whole. The main responsibility of this role will be to help manage the work within Creative Studio. This role will also oversee production for content such as web assets, branded collateral, designed communication assets, animated videos and photo shoots. The Creative Studio and this role are key members of cross-functional teams delivering key marketing assets.HOW WE WORKWe have developed best-in-class collaboration models with agencies and our cross-company creative network. The Creative Studio leads development of content, events, digital and in-product brand experience across our owned channels and works closely with our agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe.RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Head of Brand, Creative Director and Program Management to help refine a new agile marketing workflow process and optimize the output of the Creative Studio.Work closely with cross-functional partners including Program Management, Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design and Content Design to secure alignment and reach campaign / program goalsDeliver mixed deliverable assets including on platform/social media formats including stills, animation, illustration, and video.Drive alignment against project goals and objectives, establish timelines, clear next steps and owners, and resolve blockers that impede progressNegotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parametersPartner with Channel Marketing Operations to ensure all assigned tasks within workstream phases are completed on time and on budget by agency partners.Manage end to end processes for build, review, localization and approvals for all phases of the workstream.Manage external vendor relationshipsAs appropriate work with Creative X and agencies on large integrated programsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS8+ years experience as the manager of a creative studio, preferably on the client sideExperience managing and producing creative work including video, social, digital and webDeep experience working with a team of creatives across Design, UX and CopyUnderstanding of UX design and product design development processesExperience running projects with multiple stakeholders across disciplinesExperience with workflow management tools and Agile developmentExperience working with consumer appsWorking knowledge of fintech or digital currencies preferredWork on a global brand that included translations a plusResilience and a can-do attitude, and a positive personality to add to the existing team spiritMust be eligible to work in the US
