Job Title: Manager, Integrated Marketing Function: MarketingSummaryThe Manager, Integrated Marketing will develop and execute digital strategies to sustain brand equity and drive market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the brand, its target audience, and its overarching vision and direction.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Season Execution:Lead product-focused storytelling and promotional events across homepage, email, and digital media.Manage in-season asset briefing, linking, and promotional communication strategies.Oversee cross-functional teams in developing and executing in-season assets, including giving feedback in project reviews, presenting assets to leadership, and managing updates to strategy and creative based on promotional changes.Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including creative, CRM, commercial planning, media, merchandising, online experience, digital production, and external agencies.Performance Analysis:Analyze performance metrics and the competitive landscape to refine marketing assets and adopt best practices.Collaborate with teams to ideate and execute test-and-learn initiatives across channels.Product Expertise:Serve as a product expert, taking assets from concept to creation.Support:Assist the Manager with miscellaneous tasks as needed.Key Experiences and QualificationsExperience:3–5 years of consumer marketing experience, with a focus on content marketing.Proven ability to translate product stories into compelling, customer-centric marketing messages.Skills:Strategic, data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills.Ability to glean insights and craft narratives from data.Exceptional prioritization and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills to foster dynamic cross-functional relationships.High energy, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.Results-driven mindset, both individually and team-focused.Self-starter with curiosity and a test-and-learn approach.Preferred Experience:Background in fashion and retail marketing.
