Job Title: Project Manager IV 27014-1Duration: 12 Months (W2 Possible Conversion) Location: Fremont, CAThe main function of a project manager is to plan, execute, or coordinate activities in such fields as order fulfillment, warehouse distributions, supply chain solution design, ERP systems and product roll-out, etc or any other supply chain-based projects.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Confer with management and business stakeholders to discuss project specifications and procedures.Schedule and conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders; track project progress and communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders and managementIndependently conduct value stream mapping or workflow mapping to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and develop detailed project plans to address these opportunities with action owner, timeline, and deliverables.Conduct effective and productive project updates and reviews with management and stakeholders independentlySkills:Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.Must be excellent at creating process flows and Google slides. For Google slides, the candidate needs to be able to capture the key points and make a professional looking visual to make the points/content easily digestible by the audienceEducation/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.• PMI or PMP certification preferred
