Job Title: Program Manager IV (33726-1)Type: W2 Contract Duration: 6 months with scope for extension/conversionClient: Leading Social Media CompanyLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)**Must have US Work Authorization** Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for PMing the Meta Immersive Learning (MIL) program. They will work with various stakeholders including Creative, Digital, Marketing, Events, and more. Managing this process requires deep 360 campaign and strong PM experience consulting on marketing programs and status reporting. In addition, a strong focus on managing internal relationships and communications is a must.ResponsibilitiesPartners with Marketing, Creative, and Digital Leads to manage a body of work aligned against business goals or audiencesWorks with Marketing, Creative, and Digital to establish deadlines related to reviews, ensures team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicates issues related to staying on scheduleFacilitates relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progressPredicts roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teamsPrioritizes competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutionsTracks activities on projects and establishes a clear path and owners of next stepsCommunicates clearly across projects and peopleCreates and maintains overarching campaign and project plansManagement of multiple global, integrated marketing campaigns with overlapping stakeholders and schedulesPredicts roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teamsPrioritizes competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutionsManage high profile projectsRequirements6+ years of relevant or related working experienceExperience or knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials (360 campaigns)Experience at an agency or studioExperience partnering with digital and media teams to deliver on scaled marketing programsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong sense of cross functional partnershipTrack record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
