Job Title: VR Project Manager IIIReq: 20149-1Type: W2 Contract.Duration: 12 months with possible extension and conversion.Location: Redmond WA*Must be authorized to work in US*Summary:We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented candidate with manufacturing equipment experience that will be responsible for providing direct tactical and executional support to the Protoline Team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting management, progress tracking, and accountable for support of day to day activities across a multidisciplinary workplaceResponsibilities:Manage the installation and bringup of state of the art manufacturing equipment.Plan and execute equipment delivery, testing and integration into the assembly line.Interface with multi disciplinary, cross functional teams to gather Power, Air, IT, networking requirements.Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time.Support tactical purchasing for equipment, fixtures, and lab supplies.Specify and order IT equipment for equipment and the assembly line.Coordinate design and execution of equipment integration into MES/shop floor control systems.Leverage OPC and Ignition to gather test and process data.Maintain server and data pipeline infrastructure using Linux, Python, AWS and SQL.Maintain and enhance test and process data acquisition and reporting systems.Evaluate problems, determine corrective actions, set plans, execute plans and develop root cause analyses.Evaluate and provide recommendations on critical spare parts kept in onsite inventoryProvide debug assistance on the assembly floor.Provide assistance to the Process Engineers to help compile data needed for Work Instructions and SOPs.Assist in efforts across other teams or departments to assure success of all projects.Schedule and coordinate safety inspections and training for equipment.Coordinate installation, build-out and configuration of enterprise level networking to new buildings and assembly areas.Minimum Requirements:Experience with manufacturing and test equipmentExperience writing software in one or more: Ladder, Python, ANSI-C, C++, C#Strong troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage one’s time.Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.Extremely organized, detail-oriented, strives for perfectionKnowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical content into precise, impactful dashboards and reportingExcellent writing skills – the ability to clearly communicate by providing concise and impactful reports from working level through senior managementAbility to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partnersAbility keep up in a fast paced dynamic environmentDesired Experience:5+ years of experience with manufacturing and test equipment2+ years of experience writing software in one or more: Ladder, Python, ANSI-C, C++, C#Hands on experience with TCP/IP networkingLinux system administration experienceJira, MSSQL, MongoDB, TableauMachine design and PLC programmingEnterprise networking, AWS, HyperV, VMware, cloud computingEducation:Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years industry experience
