Job Title: Project Manager III [38172]Type: W2 ContractDuration:6 Months with possible extension or conversionLocation: Approved Meta Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and San Diego, CA .*Must be authorized to work in the United States* Summary:Responsibilities:Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive execution on many projects related to migrating CS product features and users to Meta Business Suite.Articulate to stakeholders your team’s progress on goals and milestones at a regular cadence and develop collaboration across teams and functions and Provide Consistent, Accurate, and Timely Updates on the Program Status.Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.Perform risk and change management on projects.Establish and manage reporting across multiple work streams and/or project teams to provide executive-level summariesWork with stakeholders to gather updates and synthesize information into a digestible format.Responsible for identifying and solving systemic, team-wide process problems, influencing and building strong relationships to enable the successful delivery of migration projects.Assist with general communications and documentation needs for the team.Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and often competing priorities.Demonstrate strong reporting and communication skills across all levels, for example, team/organizational updates, leadership escalations, detailed working group notes, etc.Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficient service as well as knowledge sharing and supporting related teams/projects.Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted time frame.Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems.Expected QualificationsLed large/complex software product migration projects with experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment and under tight timelines to deliver high-quality resultsExperience collaborating with partners across multiple disciplines and functions5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, consulting, or technical product/program management experience.B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.Organizational, coordination, and multitasking experience.Analytical and problem-solving experience.Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer-focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies
