Job Title: Project Manager 1 [33803]Req: 33803Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 Months with possible conversionClient: Social Media LeaderLocation: Bay Area Remote*Must be authorized to work in the United States*  Summary:This position will provide project management and coordination support to enable outsourcing. This includes planning, executing, and coordinating different initiatives and projects within outsourcing and coordinating with different cross-functional stakeholders (security, technology, engineering) to implement new/expanded outsourced operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, end-to-end process management, data analysis, information security, and/or outsourced operations setup in large BPO implementations or other large-scale operations.Job Responsibilities:Manage projects/initiatives end to end.Define requirements and build project plans to programmatically manage them to closure based on criticality.Create standardized processes and policies for all aspects of outsourcing solutions.Collaborate with required stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and improvements.Create, manage, coordinate and/or triage cross-functional related tasks, risks, issues, and escalations and coordinate with internal teams to close or create mitigation and prevention plans. This includes new site assessments, exception requests, and security approvals.Work with cross-functional teams to support security initiatives such as third-party security exhibit, security audit findings/analysis, and remediation, tech provisioningMaintain and improve internal databases- e,g site addresses, and contact lists.Skills:Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities.Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.Ability to develop workflows and process documents in multiple formats and tools.Excellent influencing, organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work in multiple time zones, depending on the needs of the specific projects.Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement expertise (preferred)PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)Experience with security and technology setup of outsourced operations (preferred)Must Haves:3 years of experience in project management and or program management, business process improvement, risk management or information security management, especially for BPO and/or large-scale operations.Proficiency in G suites and Microsoft Office as minimum.
