Job Title: Project Coordinator V 30567-1Duration: 7 Months (W2 Possible Conversion) Location: WA- Remote This Design Program Coordinator role will support a Design programs team within the Ads & Business organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has previous experience leading cross-functional projects with high quality-output. This includes setting project scope and goals with clear definition of the problem to be solved, collaborating well with others, establishing and meeting timelines, anticipating and resolving project issues, and communicating progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions and solve complex problems. A highly organized approach and consistent delivery is mandatory.Responsibilities:Support programs and operations by providing project support for:CommunicationsEnsuring that we are delivering the right communications at the right time to our partner teams and other stakeholders, and we are tracking towards meeting our defined communication goals.Program planning and execution: Leading projects / programs with clear project briefs, establishing timelines and goals, and communicating progress to ensure our team is effectively supporting Design leadership.Meetings: Scheduling, taking notes, sharing out learnings, next-steps, and action items. You may also be managing presenters, building highly-polished presentation decks and collecting feedback from attendees.Project Support: Ad hoc project and event support.Requirements:4+ years of relevant project/program management experience within a design or product team;Expert level Excel / Google Worksuite knowledge;Excellent communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;Highly analytical approach to problems;Positive attitude and dependably delivers on requests;Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support and delivering results in a highly organized manner;Bachelors degree OR 4+ years working experience in a related field.Skills: Must be pro-level in excel or workbooks. We use a ton of formulas and data. Must have an eye for design and visual polish. Must be a strong communicator both verbally and written. We do a lot of explaining and post building to keep things moving forward.Experience in HR or recruitingEvent planning experience and overall interest in these types of thingsExperience solving complex problems.
