Job Title: Program Manager I (35699-1)Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 months with scope for extension/conversionClient: Leading Social Media CompanyLocation: Menlo Park, CA**Must have US Work Authorization**Candidates should live within a commutable distance from the available remote locations listed above.If the candidate is CA, use the rate associated with the closest city listed above.We’re looking for an analytical and results-oriented candidate that will be responsible for providing direct tactical and executional support to the Research Team that spans prototype systems, sensors and research silicon.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform consistent and accurate entry of written and electronic data into various client systems. Additionally they will provide assistance to the Program Management team on status of projects.Collaborative prioritization with Program Management TeamCollect requirements, assigning and tracking tasks & deliverablesTrack, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunitiesKeeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers, communicate with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at handTrack and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assuranceCreate, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metricsCreate and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executionsCollaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on timePoint of contact for stakeholders which may include both internal and external customersBusiness reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to: PO’s, inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast, ushering SOW/amendments through our internal process in a timely manner.Create and ensure program documents (e.g. slides, docs, etc.) are complete, easily digestible, current and available for staff and leadership review. These documents will likely have a lot of information and will need to be well organized and clear for ease of consumptionSkills3+ years of experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive/Docs or equivalent softwareAbility to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partnersSound analytical and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHas a track record of creating visuals to reflect decisions, discussions, project planning, mapping out a project schedule/plan.Ability keep up in a fast paced dynamic environmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree3-5 years’ industry experience
