Job Title: Project Coordinator III (Accounts Payable) 33670-1Duration: 12 Months (Possible Conversion)Location: Redmond, WASummary:The project coordinator is responsible for managing monthly finance reconciliations.Job Responsibilities:• Manage the finance budgeting and forecasting processes to support monthly, quarterly and annual objectives• Own the budgetary tools (spreadsheets and systems) that support data entry, analysis and upload• Assists in coordinating finance schedules and deliverables to meet update cadence• Attends all finance related meetings pertaining to budgets, finance updates, long range planning, project accounting and systems work• Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagements to ensure budgetary data is managed and gathered in cadence with finance schedulesSkills:• Previous project coordination experience• Ability to work in a team environment• Ability to deal with abstract concepts and seek clarity where needed, quickly and efficiently• Computer knowledge and web based tools experience• Finance Background including P&L, quarterly closure, AP, AR and GAAP• Very Strong skills with Excel/Google Sheets• Self-starter and ability to work independently• Experience with ERP based systems• Strong experience with finance budget forecasting and reconciliation• Strong experience with Excel and Google Sheets• Strong experience with accounts payable and accounts receivableEducation/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
