Location: Redmond, WA Client: Leading Social Media Company*Must be authorized to work in the US Job Description:We need a versatile, technically savvy person who will:Manage unique, complex and sensitive builds keeping track of multiple configurations,material inventory between different organizations, facilitate and monitor material ordersand shipments between partner organizations.Be the on-site aide to program managers facilitating project priorities and expeditingwhere needed.Develop and update project status reports and dashboardsIdentify issues and roadblocks and propose solutionsWork with program managers, technical leads and engineers to develop plans, organizework streams and track progress of project deliverablesMaintain project schedules and build reporting dashboard presentationsTrack progress of developmental work with external partnersWork with legal on getting approval for logistics of controlled materialWork with finance and purchasing on onboarding suppliers, getting proposals andquotations, placing orders, receiving invoices and tracking deliveries.Update internal website information.Keep notes for meetings.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience working on technical product development.Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for development of schedulesand resource planning.Preferred experience within development and launch of novel consumer products. Highly organizedGreat attention to details.Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skillsAble to construct schedule models from the ground up without prior baseline.Able to work in a new environment and pull input from various stake-holders.Good at working cross functionally with different teams and functions.Top Hard SkillsMicrosoft project familiarityExp with cross functional teams (procurement, Lab, etc,.)Strong communication skillsOpen to feedbackWilling to ask questionsGreat at communicating challengesTakes initiative to improve processes and is resourceful
