Additionally they will provide assistance to the Project Management team on status of projects.Collaborative prioritization with Project Management TeamCollect requirements and assigning tasksTrack, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunitiesKeeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers, communicate with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at handTrack and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assuranceCreate, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metricsCreate and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executionsCollaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on timePoint of contact for stakeholders which may include both internal and external customersBusiness reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to: PO’s, inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook or equivalent2+ years of experience working within tech or engineering departmentsAbility to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partnersSound business analytical and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHas a track record of planning/buying/production planningAbility keep up in a fast paced dynamic environmentExperience with inventory management and purchasingPREFERREDExperience creating team Wiki pagesAbility to write SOP, work instructions, quality guidesAny tech writer experience is helpfulEDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree OR 3-5 years’ industry experience
