Job Title: Program Manager V [35417-1]Req:35417-1Type: W2 ContractDuration: 8 Months with possible extension or conversionClient: Social Media LeaderLocation: Approved Meta Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and San Diego, CA *Must be authorized to work in the United States* Summary:Facebook’s Social Impact Partnerships team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive programs to serve and deliver value to nonprofit partners. This person will help deliver a range of experiences and touchpoints internally and externally in support of nonprofits using Meta platforms. They will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of nonprofit programs and will track and optimize results to drive business goals for Meta, our nonprofit partners, and their communities.Responsibilities:Strategize, plan, execute, and optimize programs to deliver value-added offerings to cohorts of nonprofits operating on Facebook and Instagram.Serve as an expert of and champion for nonprofits inside and outside of Meta, making sure our program and product offerings are responsive to their needs.Lead cross-team collaborations with functions across Meta (Educational Content, Analytics, Operations, Policy, Marketing, Communications, Marketing Science, and more) to deliver high-value program offerings to partners and evaluate their impact.Support the development and delivery of select advertising campaigns with nonprofits in service of mutually beneficial objectives for partners and Meta.Produce regular data-driven analyses of program performance, leverage them to iterate and improve existing programs and develop opportunities for new ones.Influence product teams to invest in new products and features to better support the nonprofit ecosystem.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in program development and management, strategic operations, digital fundraising, and/or digital advertising.Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex or large company environment.Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in an organization, including cross-functional managers.Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve program performance.Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.Preferred QualificationsSocial impact experience either working at or with nonprofits/NGOs.Experience with online advertising platforms.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree required.Graduate degree in business, public policy, public administration, or nonprofit management preferred.
