Job Title: Program Manager V 33325-1Duration: 12 Months (W2 Possible Conversion) Location: Los Angeles, CAChannel Operations Program ManagerOpen to: Baltimore, MD Boston, MA, Houston, Los Angeles, CA, and San Diego.The reality labs Channel Operations Team at Meta is a fast-growing team focused in optimizing global collaborative planning, allocation, positioning and onboarding new products, channels and territories that allow the end user to feel more connected, anytime anywhere.As a Channel Operations Program Manager, you will support in building the infrastructure to help our Channel Ops team scale. We’re a nimble team that has a large scope and is focused on operations excellence, strategy and deployment, KPIs and Change Management. You will support FRL and Channel Ops’ growth by leading and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives as well as building, scaling, and executing new processes and programs that align with Channel Ops metrics.Responsibilities:Project ManagementSupport in defining and tracking Channel Ops organization level KPIsLead organization level projects and internal communications, as needed and as bandwidth permits.Support in building and executing a data-driven strategy for channel/channelsScope and execute a large, project to support new channel, territory, system and/or product onboarding.Participate in contracts review and build scalable template to scale the organizationDevelop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamics.Work with finance, operations, and deal desk to evaluate and manage win/loss data to understand and quantify customer and business decisions.Partner with multiple stakeholders (Chanel Operations Leadership team, Operations Managers, individual contributors within Operations, Internal Systems, Product Teams, Data Scientists, Sales, Program Managers) to prioritize and maximize the impact of your projectsLead other scaling projects for Channel Operations that require you to build a data-driven strategy, determine a game plan and operationally execute, understand, and resolve organizational alignment challenges, and effectively communicate progress to a broad audience of stakeholders and identify profitability opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications10+ years professional Strategy, Planning and/or Operations experience.Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.Experience developing operations strategies and translate those strategies into actionable plans.Experience with successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives under deadlines.Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and embraces day-to-day flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Experience balancing attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking.Demonstrated aptitude for analyticsExperience in Project Management and productivity tools (e.g Jira, Asana)Preferred QualificationsMBA or Graduate’s Degree in business, computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.Experience in either management consulting or in-house strategy and operations.
