Job Title: Program Manager V (19753-1)Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 months with scope for extension/conversionClient: Leading Social Media CompanyLocation: Fremont, CA*Must have US Work Authorization Job Description:Facebook’s Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (EIS) department is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to develop and drive end-to-end management of critical org initiatives, from project scoping through execution. While involvement will go across various EIS initiatives, the main focus will be backend system changes to support a major company-wide update.Duties• Maintain and drive development & deployment of projects implemented across EE Infrastructure and Security• Facilitate discussion with project stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables• Communicate program and project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders• Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependencies• Develop and measure project KPI’s across the portfolioSkills• 8+ years of full lifecycle program or project management experience. Preference is for that experience to be in enterprise infrastructure, specifically within the identity and access management and/or enterprise email domains• Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment• Experience working with technical engineering teams and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions• Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, quickly process information, and demonstrate a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product• Ability to lead without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes• Inherent ability to think multiple steps ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite (particularly spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)• Hands-on experience using Project Management ToolsTop 3 must-have HARD skills:1. Full lifecycle project management, from project scoping and planning through execution, of complex, highly XFN projects.2. Knowledge of and experience with enterprise infrastructure, specifically identity and access management or enterprise email.3. Lead XFN teams (without expressed authority), influencing decisions and outcomesGood to have skills:1. Problem solving, proactive risk and issues management2.
