Job Title: Program Manager IV 37841-1Duration: 12 Months with possible extension or conversionJob Type: W2Approved Meta Remote Locations: Menlo Park, CA, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA, and San Diego, CASummary:The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.Responsibilities* Serve as a People@ point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects in the NORAM and LATAM regions* Manage the lifecycle of a crisis team activation through coordination, documentation and assigning tasks to response team members* Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on keyinitiatives* Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approachfor specific teams and * needs* Drive cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and createtransparency around complex issues in the crisis management ecosystem* Communicate with clarity, brevity, and precision* Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals* Coordinate, document, and assign tasks* Provide clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization* Use data and situational awareness to support decision making* Leads and manages more than one project or case at the same time* Act as a primary point of contact to intake reported incidents during designated on-call shiftsMinimum Qualifications* 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and/or global stakeholder management* Ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make gooddecisions under pressure* Structured, organized, and detailed-oriented with the ability to be agile, flexible* Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment* Ability to work with global teams and be oncall for immediate response and team activation* Top 2 must-have HARD skills:- experience in program management, HR operations, and/or global stakeholder management- experience handling crisis; crisis management skillsPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree* Experience in high-growth companies
