If you want to join a fast-growing team, then this might be the place for you.RESPONSIBILITIESProject manage and coordinate exam development, localization, and go to market plans to ensure timely delivery of certificationSchedule program activities, such as exam development workshops and team presentationsManage event planning, logistics, and executionCoordinate subject matter expert recruitment, onboarding, communication, work assignments, and rewards/incentivesWork with regional and cross-functional team members and advocates to drive support for the programEnsure content accuracy to reflect product updates and terminology changes in a timely fashion by coordinating with subject matter expertsHandle operational interactions with test delivery and test development vendorsMaintain internal policies and process documentationReview and evaluate vendor reports (volume, pass-rate, surveys, financials, forensics, web monitoring, etc.)Monitor frequently item performance, exam performance, candidate comments, and exam volume and pass ratesTriage candidate support, escalations and security issuesAdminister roles, permissions and business rules in vendor systemsManage multiple item banks using standard industry item bank software usage throughout the development and review cycleImport, export, and analyze data as needed for reporting requestsIdentify ways to improve efficiencies and increase impactMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSProject management and program management experienceExperience with databases and spreadsheetsFactual reporting and presentation design experienceAnalytical/investigative experienceExperience working on cross-functional, matrixed teamsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSTesting and certification experienceCustomer service experienceVendor management experience
