We are seeking a highly motivated individual who works well in a team, but can also manage tasks independently and is self motivated. They should also be successful in dealing with ambiguity and be able to leverage their experience and intuition to identify, assess and solve problems, quickly and frequently.Responsibilities:Partner with UX researchers and managers to develop project tracking solutions across a team of 30+ researchersPartner with project leads to define project timelines and deliverables and drive awareness and accountability to ensure projects have timely impactPartner with the broader central Research Ops org to leverage existing process and tools, while identifying opportunities to customize for your team’s specific needsMove initiatives and ideas forward, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress. Have the ability to hold the line when the schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationshipsPredict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutionsPredict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutionsRequirements:3+ years of relevant or related Program or Project Management experienceTrack record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized mannerAbility to be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen ability to identify problems and proactively work towards solutionsInterpersonal and collaboration skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skills for interacting with and influencing researchers and cross functional stakeholders with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiencesAdvanced computer skills specifically in the areas of Microsoft Office and/or Google DocsPreferred:Experience leading teams in the launch of consumer electronics products or internal enterprise toolsExperience managing or building systems around data, including awareness of enterprise tooling, approvals and data collection sensitivitiesExperience managing product budgetsEducation/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
