You will be responsible for driving the Connectivity Analytics program (to start with) and will work with Product, Data Scientists, Partnerships and Telecom operators to build scalable Go-To-Market strategies that span multiple initiatives across the LATAM region with focus on Brazil.This is a full-time position based in US.OVERVIEWMobile Connectivity Partnerships team is a go to market team that drives a range of Facebook programs/initiatives into the market across different regions. The team has three functions:• Partner Managers – account managers responsible and the key point of contact for everything related to partners/telecom operators• Data Science – offers technical analytical consulting support for the insights tools we provide to partners• Program Management/Partner strategist – consulting & subject matter experts building regional strategy, execution model, scalable frameworks and methodologies for various programs. As a team, PM bridges the gap between different stakeholders across Facebook.Digital Strategy Consultant / Partner Strategist role sits within the Partner Strategist Management team and reports to the Regional Partner Strategist. The role will be responsible for the LATAM region and will manage operators across the largest countries in the region. (Will require flexibility on travel)RESPONSIBILITIES• Work with Product team to understand strategy, collaborate with partner managers to develop regional engagement plans, collaborate with Data Science team to scope projects, and build narrative and execute at scale with 20+ partners• Develop new frameworks and methodologies to scale program(s) and identify potential value to create opportunities• Lead partner engagements, capture their vision, develop cohesive engagement plan, and drive the overall initiatives at an executive/c-suite level• Help partners better understand what Facebook has to offer with our extensive product capabilities and define how we can connect with their internal strategies across segments, markets and channels with data-driven insights.• Experience leading and facilitating working sessions, workshops and constructing long term account plans to drive partner value• This is a partner-facing role, which requires excellent communication skills along with a willingness to travel up to 40%.REQUIERED QUALIFICATIONS• BS/BA degree in Business, Management, MIS, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline• 8+ years of experience working in a telco, consulting, project management, analytics or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)• Proficient Portuguese • Good understanding of broader CMO agenda and how revenue management and digital fits within the overall marketing scope• Experience presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences• growth• Experience in leading large scale strategy engagements (ideally in telecom space) focusing on digital transformation• Ability to generate customer experience insights, strategy formulation, lead transformation management, roadmap and planning, analytics/insight generation• Communication experience with storytelling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides• Experience with defining high-level frameworks and applying digital marketing and development best practices to support strategy recommendations• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous/start-up environment, highly organized and action-oriented with experience driving focus, clarity and prioritizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• At least 4 years of experience in Tier 1 consulting firms• Highly organized, resourceful and action-oriented individual with experience driving focus, clarity and prioritization in a fast-paced environment• Experience working with or in support of many different business units, especially partner orgs• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
