Job Title: Program Manager III (37991)Job Description: Onsite in Burlingame, CA.Duration: 12 months with scope of extensionClient : Social Media GiantIntegrated Channel Planning Program Manager, Reality LabsMeta is looking for a program manager to support our Integrated Channel Planning processes. This role will assist in planning and coordinating Integrated Channel Planning activities that include cross-functional work integration, milestone management, and stakeholder communications for in-market channel readiness. The role will focus on program management for B2B, SaaS, and hardware Sales in Reality Labs. Key deliverables include internal quarterly planning presentations for our global sales team as well as high visibility external presentations for partners.The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex programs in a growth environment, is passionate about solving problems, building new processes and helping external partners and internal teams grow the business. It involves extensive collaboration between the Global Sales org and cross-functional partners to ensure predictable communication of the launch program across the company.Responsibilities:Program manage quarterly planning presentations in terms of deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.Manage external facing presentations for major partner moments and in-market product launches.Be the primary point of contact for status communications of the program for the Global Sales teams and cross-functional partnersIdentify dependencies and tasks to integrate into a unified master timeline with the critical path milestones to go-liveOrganize and conduct meetings with key work partners to facilitate program execution and communicationsContingency planning, priority negotiation, creative problem solving, and escalations when warrantedManage schedules and production flow for in-market product updatesTrack and report status; continuously update the master timelineIdentify risks to program, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholdersWrite weekly posts and other communications regarding Integrated Channel Planning program statusDevelop, document, and socialize scalable processesLead or work on special projects related to Integrated Channel PlanningMinimum qualifications:A problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams during period of growthAbility to work independently in an unstructured environment with little guidanceExperience in channel and partner management operationsProgram management experience in B2B and SaaS. Consumer Electronics experience is a plus.5 years of experience in channel marketing, business strategy, finance, sales planning or process optimizationExperience with the Google Workspace Suite: Slides, Sheets, DocsB.A. or M.S. Communications, Marketing, or Business AdministrationAbility to clearly communicate, work across cultures, influence stakeholders without authorityExperience in working with excel or similar tools to perform quantitative analysisSolid project or program management experienceExperience in B2B and SaaSPreferred qualifications:Experience in managing complex launch programsExperience in using program management tools such as AsanaExperience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scaleExperience in working across cultures in a diverse work environment
