They will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing programs by coordinating executive marketing activities that will support global marketing campaigns for the Business Messaging Group. They will be adept at balancing the need for exceptional work while keeping up with the pace of an organization famous for moving fast.Responsibilities:Manage executive-focused programs across integrated marketing campaigns.Manage and develop a strong executive content strategy.Oversee the development of executive briefs, talking points, and thought leadership.Manage programs across teams’ internal processes and workflow.Engage and influence stakeholders including guiding conflict resolution and resolving conflicting priorities.Reports to pillar leads on progress of programs and changes in strategy.Communicate frequent updates on milestones, changes to the project and impact of constraints on executive leadership.Measure the impact of the program on the business.Deliver successful marketing program outcomes.Minimum QualificationsExperience presenting and working closely with C-Suite and Senior Executive staff.Experience executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience writing and copy editing for external and internal senior executives.Experience with project management systems such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.comComfortable with complexity with a high level, contextual perspective and understanding for how multiple parts work together to fulfill a strategic objective that can transform businessA cross-functional collaborator with experience working with communications, product marketing managers, and creative teams.Ability to articulate and implement a program’s strategy and objectivesA proactive problem-solver obsessed with optimizing communication, processes, and team workflowsGenerate and implement creative, proactive ideas and adjust content based on feedback provided by the executiveAn organized team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience at a B2B technology provider10+ years of professional communications or editorial experienceDemonstrated writing, editing, and visual storytelling experienceExperience of writing for executive levelExperience working with C-Suite and VP level executivesBachelor’s Degree
