Job Title: Program Manager II 32261-1Duration: 12 Months (Possible Conversion) Location: New York, NYThe Client is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional to support our Academic partner onboarding and regulatory work. This individual will work with Academic Partnerships, Legal, and Business Engineering to help implement scalable and automated processes for global researcher onboarding.Job Responsibilities:Experience in partner onboarding processes, including vetting global partner criteria and contractingExperience with regulatory audits and can provide detail-oriented and timely audit responsesMonitor and manage processes to remove blockers and ensure smooth operational flowsManage contract execution and completion from researchers, their institutions, and internal Meta counter signatoriesWork with external partners to answer questions, triage problems, and troubleshootWork with cross-functional teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, flag potential risks, and resolve issuesDrive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metricsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to pull reports on specific technical and non-technical phases of onboarding to provide evidence supporting audit requestsSkills:Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and manage one’s timeTeam player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedbackStrong knowledge of onboarding processes and partner vettingAbility to quickly learn different computer softwares and platformsExperience in organization and attentive to detail while delivering in a timely matterTop Must have skills:Writing skills – correspondence with universities & researchersOrganized & highly detailed resource – need documentation in clear & concise mannerNice to Have skills:Data analysis – ability to make dashboards & data reporting structuresFamiliarity with colleges & universitiesEducation/Experience:BS/BA degree3+ years of work experience in the field of legal operations, contract management, data management, onboarding, or project managementPMI or PMP certification preferred.
