Job Title: Program Manager II [27620-1]Req:27620-1Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12 Months with possible conversionClient: Social Media LeaderLocation: Washington DC*Must be authorized to work in United States*Job Description:Summary:I3 Ecosystems team is seeking an experienced collections manager to lead our collection efforts; driving collection against Facebook’s biggest threats while ensuring all contracts are consistently managed across lines of effort in accordance with company policy. With excellent organizational and communication skills, the candidate will oversee multiple, disparate collection streams to ensure 1) all collection requirements are being addressed, 2) i3EI’s budget is used in the most efficient way against priority threats, and 3) all incoming reports are properly recorded in internal systems.This position will work closely with i3EI’s intelligence program manager, engineers, and data scientist.Required QualificationsExperience as a collections manager.Experience with organizing multiple, disparate lines of effort.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to draw conclusions from data.Ability to communicate possibly technical data to non-technical consumers on a regular basis.Ability to prioritize intelligence requirements across disparate lines of effort.Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle and where/how collection fits in.Preferred QualificationsExperience with budgets.Experience in identifying and developing metrics to support assessments.Job Responsibilities:Manage projects and contracts.Report on projects.Manage vendor relationships.Conduct vendor audits with Business Analyst and Finance.Oversee budget with Business Analyst.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
