The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Analytics, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop a better understanding of our sales and new ways we can improve the purchase experience for customers.Responsibilities:Catalog Management: This individual must be detail oriented to manage and maintain a growing product catalog across FRL. This includes product creation, product association, and offer management.Reporting: This individual will lead both regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and adhoc reporting on behalf of the DTC Ecommerce team. This includes using internal dashboards, external tools (including GFK, IDC and Stackline) and working with cross-functional team members to turn data points into actionable insights and narratives with clear data-driven recommendations.Customer Experience: Employee will be responsible for validating and cataloging customer experience including availability, promise, and other site metrics.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Intermediate SQL and Excel skills.2+ years experience in Sales/Operations, or comparable.Experience in analyzing and deriving insights from large data sets.Past experience of working in Consumer Hardware Sales OR E-commerce OR Retail sales industryAble to express ideas with confidence and clarity and have well-practiced presentation skills.Ability to manage intense workload with short timeframes. Must Haves:Proficient in MS Office.
