SaaS Application Manager, Unified Communications (Video)Facebook’s Enterprise Collaboration team is responsible for the productivity of Facebook Employees. The team is seeking an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking SaaS Application Manager to identify, design, implement and manage efficient and effective solutions. This role will be focusing on the third party unified communication suite of products as well as internal solutions to meet the demands of the workforce. As a valued member of the Enterprise organization, this person will focus on all aspects of our video collaboration tools suite, including ownership of the business relationship with the provider, updates and outward comms around new releases and feature requests, as well as Project Management and other tools used to improve video collaboration. This is a full-time position.Please note that candidates MUST have prior SaaS vendor management experience in the video space.RESPONSIBILITIESDetermine the best available products to use for the employee population for their specific use cases, based on competitive analysis and consultation with internal stakeholders (security, legal etc.)Analyze users issues and report on bugs and architect solutions that will fit the Facebook infrastructureProject manage the internal deployment of tools including: roll-out strategy, communication plan, training and enablement of internal teams, marketing of new features and capabilitiesCreate dashboards using existing internal tools to understand adoption and feature usage which will lead to roadmap decisionsCollaborate with internal security teams to make sure all applications meet our security guidelinesWork with internal engineers to build integrations with these collaboration tools and Facebook products to streamline workflowsWork to migrate off declining tools, manage communication and process for migrationWork with the internal help desk team to ensure they are aware of product issues and they are working with the vendors to remediate those issues. Train the help desk to respond to issues correctlyBe the subject matter expert for all features of the applications we support, be on top of new features and functionality and evangelize to usersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5+ years experience working with end users to deploy and iterate on video solutions5+ years experience in Application Management, Solutions Architecture or equivalent4+ years experience designing and implementing video solutions in the unified communication management space3+ years experience managing collaboration tools such as Zoom and BlueJeans in an environment with more than 5,000 usersExperience working with minimal guidancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Info Systems or Data ScienceCommunication and leadership skills to be able to work with users across teams and functions and to communicate to the entire companyDemonstrated project management skills to bring large projects to fruitionExperience working with minimal daily guidance
