Program Coordinator III Location: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA , and San Diego, CA . NYC/Menlo Park ,Seattle and DC. Duration: 12+ Months   Description As Program Coordinator on the Communications & Public Affairs team, you will have the unique opportunity to be in the front seat of some of most strategic initiatives. That said, you are a strong team player, who has demonstrated an ability to build relationships, drive alignment and cooperation with stakeholders and support others to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities Document organization, tracking, producing test result reports, updating task listsMapping out calendar of events, tentpoles and milestones within a projectLeadership deck development supportVisualizing progress and plans for leadershipSupporting communications & agenda development to keep cross-functional partners updatedUpdate project management tools to support teamIdentify work produced across comms, policy, marketing; bucket work by themes; help highlight gaps.Building and revising gant charts based on moving inputs and outputs of messaging & researchDocumenting learnings and processes for scaling projectsSupporting writing and editing of organization-wide memos and round-ups. Minimum Qualifications B.A./B.S. in Business, Policy, or related disciple, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in project/program coordination, consulting, and/or strategy, or equivalent experience.Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, adaptable, and delivering impactful results in a highly organized manner.Experience ensuring follow through with requests.A curiosity surrounding our Public Affairs & Comms ecosystem.A demonstrated drive and experience to continuously improve. Preferred Qualifications MBA or MPPExperience building brand ambassador programsExperience working on rapid response communications or in fast paced news environmentsExperience working at a global tech companyExperience working on and/or closely with legal, policy, product, marketing and comms teams.Experience designing and running tests for large scale product or marketing initiativesExperience working in complex, highly pressurized, fast paced environments. Release Comme
