Main Responsibilities:Order processing responsibilities will include inventory management, preparing and submitting purchase ordersto vendors, shipping orders domestically and internationally, receiving orders, confirming customer orders, usingthe company CRM, reviewing and updating orders on the company internal tracking system, processing RMA’s,supporting the Sales force and managing the Evaluation program documentation & data entry.Accounting responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing domestic and international shippingdocuments, issuing & submitting credits and invoices, processing payments, completing company documentationfor clients, tracking, and collecting company aging receivables.Administrative responsibilities will include answering and redirecting calls as appropriate, composing e-mails,copying, scanning, faxing, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets, filing, and collaborating effectively with otherbranches / departments of the company. You will also support the Sales and Tech dept with the management ofsupplies and coordinating trade shows from time to time.Position requirements:• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a logistics & administrative office position• Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting experience in prior positions• Excellent verbal and written skills• Able to lift and package up to 40 lbs occasionally.• Must be able to handle customer phone calls/messages professionally and accurately.• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills• Self-motivated, responsible, must be able to operate independently with limited supervision.• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and QuickBooks; comfortable in learning new mgmt. software
