Job Title: Operations Associate IIREQ- {19254-1}Type: W2 Contract.Duration: 12 Months with conversion or extension.Location: San Francisco CAClient:Social Media Lead*Must be authorized to work in the US* Description:In this role, you will support day-to-day internal operations of multiple analytics products within our clients. Connectivity; Along with the primary role of data curation, you will play an active role to develop, improve, and document internal team processes, and provide feedback and suggestions on improvements the team can make to internal tools.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Role : Data Curator* Evaluate, label and identify patterns in unprocessed data* Create and analyze surveys* Research using standard and specialized tools* General data entrySecondary Role : Product Operations* Assist with end-to-end operations of getting a product/feature released to external users, and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner* Identify frictions with currently existing processes, and make changes to mitigate them* Assist in defining strategies, frameworks, and SLAs for team operations by working closely with cross-functional partners to understand priorities* Communicate project and task progress on a regular cadence with a data-driven approach* Create documentation on all internal team processes* Help coordinate and prioritize bugs and issues reported to the team* Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on how internal processes and tools can be improvedDesired / Bonus if candidate can perform : Product Analyst* Investigate customer-reported problems using SQL and specialized analytics tools* Support software engineers in resolving urgent issues by providing data analysis* Create dashboards that allow various team members to easily investigate common data questionsRequirements* BA degree* 2+ years of operations experience or 4+ total years of work experience, ideally in a technology company or technology organization* Strong organization skills* Detail oriented* Clear and concise written communication skills* Experience working in a scrappy team environment with multiple different responsibilities* Project management experience; able to take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision* Experience creating, refining & managing processes end-to-end* Forward-thinking; able to proactively identify risks and take the necessary steps to prevent and/or resolve themPreferred QualificationsOperations experienceProgram management experience and some experience with running analyses and creating reports.
