Together, we can help people build stronger communities — we’re just getting startedFacebook is seeking a Product Strategy and Implementation leader within our Facebook Marketing Partnerships organization. This role will be responsible with understanding our Partner ecosystem, customizing our product launches with our Partner needs in mind, and collecting feedback from our top priority Partners. This person will also be responsible with synthesizing market feedback from Partners, and using this to represent Partners with senior Facebook product teams.Responsibilities Include:• Responsible for fully operationalizing and scaling our relevant product launches to the Facebook Marketing Partner audience• Bring Market Knowledge to Program: Providing feedback of our Partners back to the our product teams to drive actionable decisions in program and product roadmapping• Contribute to product strategy, bridging short-term execution and long-term vision alongside a cross functional team of Program Manager, Data Science, Marketing, and others• Develop deep understanding of market landscape to inform product decisions• Produce market assessments including customer segmentation and product requirements• Support internal Partner sales teams in handling customer questions and on troubleshooting any product issues• Refine the product positioning, materials, and training for sales and clientsMinimum Qualifications• 6+ years of professional experience with 4+ years working in a management consulting, finance, product strategy, product marketing, or equivalent function• Experience with analytics and marketing/advertising• Experience structuring and simplifying complicated concepts• Experience working in a cross-functional team• BA/BS degree, any field or majorPreferred Qualifications• Masters degree (MBA Preferred)• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising industry• Technical degree or knowledge of technical products
