Marketing ManagerRemoteROLE OVERVIEWThe Marketing Manager role will be supporting the Affiliate and Paid Social channels and work in an energizing, fast paced and nimble environment on the Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for strategic development and execution of digital marketing plans of their owned channels that amplify best-in-class brand experience in addition to achieving customer acquisition and retention goals, as well as traffic and revenue goals for Banana Republic globally. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, with our larger Media Team, vendor and agency partners, and various teams throughout Banana Republic and Gap Inc such as Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Finance, Inventory Management, Web Development, and Product Management. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing.WHAT YOU’LL DO· Partner closely with vendors and agencies to deliver business goals including but not limited to driving positive incremental return on ad spend, new customer acquisition and retention, revenue alongside other qualitative metrics· Support team in managing budgets and goals for owned channels, including monthly forecast and alignment, in-month performance reporting and budget reallocations, as well as invoicing and close submissions· Manage delivery of regular performance analysis for Paid Social and Affiliates programs, identifying areas of opportunity and messaging out key wins· Develop marketing plans including driving the roadmap for channel optimization and innovation, planning quarterly and monthly budget needs, and aligning messaging strategy to drive business priorities and commercial plans· Manage processes for seamless execution of digital programs, including but not limited to budget and performance tracking, historical reporting and future forecasting, data simulations, test results, and customer targeting.· Attend and participate in internal, agency, and vendor calls as Social and Affiliates expert identifying opportunities to grow and improve programsQUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s degree plus 4-6 years direct experience managing Affiliates and/or Paid Social program, preferably at a retail brand or an agency· Proven record of leading performance-driven marketing which resulted in revenue growth· Strong reporting and analysis skills – you are obsessed with using data to drive your channel performance, decisions, and success· Working business knowledge of tag management, tracking pixels, data feeds, data collection and exchange (i.e., 1st and 3rd party data sources). Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix models a plus· Fundamental knowledge across other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, Display)· Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills; highly detail oriented. Great people skills, collaborative and used to working in a fast-paced environment· Comfortable with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools, specifically Omniture· A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
