Job Title: L&D Program Manager V 28327-1Duration: 12 monthsJob Type: W2Job Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NYJob Description:The Business Learning organization is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer / Program Manager to support the North America Global Business Group Client Engagement team. This person will be responsible for supporting key learning programs delivered to regional audiences, including programs to support product, sales effectiveness skills and new hire programs. The contingent worker will work with Learning Partners who are leading enablement plans in support of key product and business priorities and partner with cross-functional teams to provide operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesOwn operational and production logistics for key learning programs including for Product training, Sales Effectiveness training and Onboarding.Provide facilitation / delivery support of key programs on an as-needed basis.Consult with stakeholders (facilitators) and XFNs to ensure alignment on execution and delivery.Align on measurement plan ahead of training delivery and provide feedback / reporting following training.Run focus groups and survey measurement for key programsPartner with and provide facilitation support with external vendorsMinimum qualifications:5-7 years working experience within sales training & developmentProven talent for training in a virtual or in-person classroom environment and/or experience with presenting and group facilitation at the individual contributor and manager levelProject management skills and experience leading strategic projects with cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze large amounts of data to measure success of a programExperience running qualitative analysis (i.e. focus groups, surveys, etc) on a program or projectPresentation, communication, engagement and interpersonal skillsExperience collaborating, sharing, driving best practices cross-functionally and globallyPreferred qualifications:Experience influencing and executing across a matrix structure
