Job Title: Events Program Manager (Recruiting Experience) 27693-1Duration: 12 Months (W2 Possible Conversion)Location: Menlo Park, CAThe Experience (Events) Programs Manager role will be responsible for curating a suite of experiences aimed at giving intern and pathways participants the opportunity to build community, have learning experiences, and instill a sense of pride from their time at Meta. The Experience Program Manager will be tasked with making sure that the events, community building and learning experiences provided for this group are reflective of the diversity of backgrounds and experience of this talent pool, and gives them opportunities to connect with one another and the larger Facebook organization. This candidate will bring strong stakeholder management as well as operational and programmatic experience working in close collaboration with Global Programs, Programs Operations, and Recruiting partners.Responsibilities:Partner with Global Programs, Recruiting, & Operations to provide onboarding, off-boarding, events, L&D, and networking opportunities for participantsDrive the design and delivery of programs to give participants the opportunity to build community within their cohorts as well as with leaders, peers, and communities within MetaFacilitate opportunities for participants to connect with learning and professional developmental resources outside of their immediate program performance structuresProvide support to mentorship programs for participants to joinCreate opportunities for social and community engagement for participantsReport out on participation and sentiment of participant experience, and steer direction and future recommendations based on dataMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of events / pm experienceStrong stakeholder management, with ability to work effectively across teams, and with employees of allExperience with planning and facilitating large scale eventsA diversity and inclusion focused approach to programming and eventsExcellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environmentEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills, business acumen and the ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired outcomesPreferred Qualifications:Emerging Talent / Intern Program experience1+ years of recruiting experience1+ years of diversity focused initiative support and/or a strong passion for furthering diversityExperience manipulating large data sets in excel
