Developers, researchers, engineers, and designers all working together to help build a more expansive – and more inclusive – future for all of us.We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Finance Management.This role will be supporting the Finance team and working cross functionally with the Reality Labs engineering team to help track budgetResponsibilities• Support engineer team day-to-day activities across multiple projects. Activities include but not limited to; SOW creation, PO requests, tracking budget and monthly accruals, addressing invoicing issues, vendor tool management, and program documentation support.• Manage onboarding and offboarding of vendors, providing access and coordination of the use of engineering resources and project tools.• Minimize exposure to project risk throughout the lifecycle of the project.• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.• Maintain knowledge of most current project management best practices.• Act as the point of contact for project resources and communicate with team members as needed.• Manage onboarding of new team members, providing access and coordination of the use of engineering resources and project tools.• Development of communication materials as needed. Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reportsMinimum Qualifications• Background in Finance Management and Budgeting.• Experience in Project Management and Coordination.• History of managing project documentation, plans and reports and tracking.• Understand finance cycle and budget impact• Ability to work with cross functional teams.• Must be familiar with Excel and MS Office plus project management and finance tools (examples include SAP, Oracle, Tableau…)• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal staff and external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.• Proficiency with project management tools to manage tasks, monitor and track project progress, and identify any issues that arise.
