Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator III 29156-1Duration: 12 Months (W2 Possible Conversion) Location: Vancouver, WAWe are looking for a logistics-oriented candidate that will be responsible for the management of requests coming into the facility and for direct executional support to the ProtoLine Team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the calendar, controlling the budget, triaging intake requests, holding tours, and held accountable for support of day-to-day activities across a multidisciplinary workplace.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:• Maintain the travel calendar and lead site tours for visitors. Coordinate with teams to set agenda, procure justification for visitation, set up trainings, and ensure we meet capacity regulations based on COVID policy• Oversee the high-level facility calendar to pro-actively send announcements about construction zones and to help assign spaces for visitors and other auxiliary builds.• Set up conference rooms for team meetings and events• Manage team PO requests, PO routing, and PO invoicing. Control team’s budget on a month-to-month basis• Coordinate product logistics such as shipping and receiving of sensitive IP• Create, maintain, and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metrics• Create and monitor project reports for XFN consumption, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions• Regularly seeks feedback from peers and manager for areas of improvement and escalates resource needs in a timely manner• Gathers requirements from customers to track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities for the new request• Meets with internal ProtoLine team to discuss prioritization and delegation of tasks• Track and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assurance• Support in purchasing for equipment, fixtures, and lab supplies when needed• Manage Vendor Whitelisting, Onboarding and Roster• Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on timeSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements:• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or equivalent software• Ability to be hands on and adaptable when resources are constricted• Experience with manufacturing and lab equipment• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, strives for perfection• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical content into precise, impactful dashboards and reporting• Ability to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partners• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environmentDesired Experience:• 5+ years of experience with manufacturing and/or product management• Atlassian Jira, Google Suite, Gantt/Timeline, MS Project or Similar Project Management software• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills• Experience with analytical software such as Minitab, JMP• Experience with Domestic / international supplier relationships and IP related logistics
