As the Staff Software Engineer with focus on back-end, you’ll be a hands-on builder working on LLM powered applications. Pinkfish generates and deploys code on behalf of non-technical business users. You’ll be working on the system that makes that happen – from spinning up sandboxes to run untrusted code, to deployment pipelines, to monitoring and API design.What you’ll do:? Develop back-end services and models to manage code generation, cloud workflows, monitors, and customer workloads.? Work with cloud functions using Lambda and Dynamodb? Develop distributed workflow systems? Design and develop API? Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, well documented and maintainable code ? Consider how best to accelerate your and the team’s work with AI assisted tools and processes What you need to succeed:? Demonstrated expertise building and scaling back-end applications? Experience with functions as a service (FaaS) architectures (serverless / Lambda)? NoSql database experience on Dynamo (preferred), Mongo, or similar? 5+ years of strong experience building and maintaining high complexity web apps that have gone to production and seen the fire of real world usage? Experience with Go programming language? Strong familiarity with AWS infrastructure services including Cloudfront, SAM, CodePipeline, API Gateway, etc.? Excellent communication skills? Strong time management skills? Bonus: experience working with LLMs? Bonus: experience with Typescript and Python What we’re looking for:? Hands-on: you love to code
