Job Title: Project Coordinator IVReq- 19465-1Type: W2 Contract.Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Redmond WA*Must be authorized to work in the USDuties:Responsible for coordinating budget preparation, program narratives, and projections.Assist managers to plan and execute analyses such as for operational and capital budgets.Plan and create major blanket, bulk, recurring and program purchase orders as part of annual planningServe as a liaison to other operations departments (ie: logistics, procurement, & AP department, etc).Aligns with Team Leads and Managers on the status of budget forecasting vs actual spend and accruals – responsible for roll-ups on a monthly and quarterly basis for their assigned team(s)/projects.Work in tandem with Engineering Managers and TPMs to ensure transfer of project details between stakeholders.Minimize exposure to project risk throughout the lifecycle of the project.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.Become subject matter expert on FB tools and processes to support the team.Skills:Ensure compliance with standard practices and protocols within the industry.Foundations in finance specifically AP, billing and associated reporting/trackingAbility to work with multiple internal clients and teams (this resource will act as a bridge between Operations and Engineering teams).Proficiency with project management tools to manage tasks, monitor and track project progress, and identify any issues that arise.Ability to organize workload to handle multiple tasks, work effectively, maintain accuracy and follow-through, and meet deadlines in a strong service-oriented environment with changing priorities and frequent interruptions.Ability to work with cross functional teams.Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.QualificationsBA Business, Finance, or Project Management or equivalent4+ years of project coordination, finance or procurement background.Solid/advanced knowledge of MS office and Google Suite (Excel, Googlesheet)Demonstrated resourcefulness to anticipate and recognize problems, suggest appropriate alternatives or solutions, initiate or implement solutions, and follow through independently.Looking for someone with strong budget tracking and communication skills.
